Engineering Rethink Design

"It’s clear that ‘ engineer think ’ is alive and well in your product."

—— Manny G. Gomez, P.E., M.ASCE

Member American Society of Civil Engineers

Structural Engineering Design

  • The side crossbar is angled at 3°, following the principle of non-parallel quadrilaterals for added stability.

  • The tenon is embedded 0.8" into the mortise and reinforced with Titebond III wood glue, a luthier’s favorite, ensuring strong and durable construction.

Ergonomic Rethink Design

" My wife is a yoga teacher and she was impressed with the seat promoting good posture."

—— Malcolm Beaudett  (Verified buyer)

Ergonomic Seat

The seat, fits the contours of the human buttocks, eliminating pressure points and supporting the hips and spine, reducing fatigue during long sessions.

Convenient Built-in Guitar Stand

After performing, you can conveniently place your guitar on the built-in stand at the back of the stool.

Footrest Height

The footrest height is based on extensive data to support a comfortable and stable guitar-playing posture, preventing the guitar from slipping down the inclined thigh.

Aesthetic Rethink Design

"Love my stool - it’s a work of art! 🙏🏻"

—— Bill Hughlett (Verified Buyer)
Fingerpicker and Master photographer capturing stunning landscapes and wildlife

Natural Texture and Color

Hand-polished to highlight the wood’s natural grain and color, providing a premium look.

Nature-Inspired Design

The stool legs, inspired by tree trunks, curve gracefully from a wide base to a slender middle, following the golden ratio for natural stability and aesthetic appeal, reflecting the absence of straight lines in nature.
