If your parcel goes missing, follow these steps:
Check with neighbors; they might have accepted it. Contact your local post office for faster resolution. Inform us at support@nakupenda.co with your order number. If the package returns, we'll resend it. If lost, we'll arrange a re-delivery. For wrong items, provide a photo, serial numbers, and order number at support@nakupenda.co.
If it's our warehouse error, we'll resend for free; otherwise, re-shipment isn't free.
Our products ship from Los Angeles and for the best service experience, we only deliver to the continental United States and Canada.
We currently only ship domestically within the US and Canada. I'm sorry, you know we're still a garage startup. The production and shipping lead time for the product is about 30 days. That means If a shortage is created, our delivery cycle will become longer and we will receive the product in up to 40 days. For normal sales, you will receive the item within 7 days.
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on www.nakupenda.co is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.

To return a product and receive a full refund, the following criteria should be met:

The prices on our website are in US dollars by default. You can change the currency to your preference, by changing it in the upper left corner. The actual transaction will be done in USD based on daily currency exchange.
No charge, our price already included the sale tax for you, in other words, we will pay the tax for you guys.
Nakupenda.co makes it easy to pay for your order using PayPal. Simply add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. When you reach the payment page, select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to PayPal to securely enter your shipping and payment information. Once you have completed your payment on PayPal, you will be directed back to Nakupenda.co to finalize your order. Click the "Place Your Order" button to complete your purchase.
