Human-Centered Design DNA

(Guitar Stool Prototype Version)

We build what we understand and use.

We believe that products that are innovative from the user's perspective are more likely to meet the needs of customers because they are designed to solve the problems that users experience in their daily lives.

Design without design

Good design disappears. Driven by mathematics and mechanics, it manifests purpose.

No finish line in sight.

We believe that every user is a creator. That's why we iterate and innovate with you to make every product the best it can be.

100% Original design

Fresh out of our Nakupenda innovation labs, our crew crafts one-of-a-kind collections you won't find anywhere else. Every single Nakupenda product is a masterpiece blending ergonomic design, user-focused experience, architectural vision, structural ingenuity, and that Eastern aesthetic flair.
We design 100% of our goods from scratch.

Design Philosophies

Bad products are born when designers are just mimicking the experiences of their predecessors without knowing why.

We focus on products that are as important as water and want to be ignored like water .

Then we start from the user's usage scenario, observe it carefully, and redesign it.

As a result, we have established our own design principles.

5 Desingn Standards

1. Minimal

Avoiding redundancy and superfluous elements allows users to focus more on the benefits of the product itself.

2. Simplicity

Simple and easy-to-use design can reduce the cost and difficulty of use and enhance the user experience.

3. Nature-inspired design

The product design is inspired by nature and pursues natural beauty and ecological balance.

Nature-inspired design allows users to feel the comfort of the ecological environment and the true meaning of natural beauty.

4. Long life

Products should be long-lasting and seek long-term use value.

A long-term design reduces the waste of resources and the negative impact on the environment.

5. Eco-friendly

Eco-friendly design reduces damage to the environment and allows users to use the product with greater confidence.

6 Design Philosophies

1. Natural inside, soul alive

Nature does not follow straight lines; drawing inspiration from natural curves, graceful designs bring a sense of tranquility to the soul. Transcending indoor spaces, furniture embodies the essence of the great outdoors.

2. Good for you, good for the planet

We believe in loving the planet, that's why we're committed to creating sustainable and beautiful furniture.

We use only high-end wood from sustainably managed forests, and design our furniture to last for generations. We also offer a repair service to help you keep your furniture looking its best for years to come.

We believe that buying less, buying better, and taking care of what you have is the best way to reduce your impact on the planet.

3. Logic design, intuitive use

A good design needs no instruction manual.

Intuitive, rational, yet not emotional.

This requires a deep rational understanding of user needs and user behavior, and making the most rational design after complex analysis.

4. Less is more, few is better

Embracing simplicity, my ergonomic guitar stool epitomizes design excellence.

Less clutter, fewer elements – a harmonious approach to enhance comfort and aesthetics.

5. Buy it once, buy it for life

Thoughtfully designed products are made to last and avoid disposability and waste.

By crafting furnishings built on durable materials and timeless style, we enable customers to invest in pieces that improve with age—fostering sustainability and continued joy in one's space for years to come.

6.Rethink dogma, return to the basics

Our products feature pared-back forms and intuitive functions—embodying creativity unconstrained by the status quo.

We spotlight purpose above all, crafting essentials to elevate everyday living through elegance rooted in basic principles.
